The Ducky MIYA Pro Panda Edition Gaming Keyboard at a Glance:
- TKL-Mini- / 60% keyboard with panda logo
- Includes plush panda and a large mousepad
- Premium Cherry MX Red switches
- White LED backlighting
- PBT keycaps for increased durability
- Full Anti-Ghosting with N-Key rollover via USB
This version of the Ducky MIYA Pro Panda Edition with white LED lighting employs Cherry MX Red switches. Cherry MX Red switches offer a very light, almost imperceptible activation point and are characterised by their low activation force. This makes them ideal for multiple clicks in short succession, such as in FPS games, since a tactile activation point is not necessarily important, especially as keys will be quickly and repeatedly in the heat of battle in any case.
Functions & Features of the Ducky MIYA Pro Panda Edition Gaming Keyboard
Thanks to USB N-Key rollover, a large number of keys can be pressed simultaneously without resulting in ghosting or other kinds of undesirable input delay. Moreover the keyboard offers a 1.000 Hz polling rate via the USB connection, meaning that data is being sent between the keyboard and PC every millisecond. The special part of this keyboard however, lies in the fact that it is connected via a USB Type-C connector, to which a swappable 1,5 Meter long cable is attached. The FN button enables additional key combinations, just like the function keys. As such, the Ducky MIYA Pro Panda Edition maintains all the necessary functionality users require.
The keycaps of the Ducky MIYA Pro are made of from polybutylenterephthalate, PBT for short, and these are given colour via the sought after dye-sublimated manufacturing process. These keys are markedly more durable than ABS-style keys. The dye-sub process involves using heat to layer the colour deeper into the material. The inscriptions on the keys are extremely long-lasting as a result, and are virtually impossible to rub off in the course of normal usage. For optimal positioning in accordance with the user’s individual requirements, the Ducky MIYA Pro Panda Edition of course also offers adjustable feet. A soft toy panda, additional keycaps, and a large mousepad with stitched edges and panda motifs are also included in the bundle.
Note: For optimum backlight operation, we recommend users upgrade the keyboard’s firmware to the latest version.
